Before popping an aspirin to get rid of headache, try consuming 10-12 almonds or other foods rich rich in magnesium such as bananas, dried apricots, avocados, etc.

Eating almonds daily could be an effective preventive measure for headaches as it is high in magnesium.
Dehydration is another major cause of a headache so remember to keep yourself adequately hydrated.
