? Olivia Reinhart was just 3 years old when her mom was stabbed to death when they went to a trip in the woods.
?All her life she believed her dad murdered her mom and then abandoned her.
? 15 years later she discovers that the police found her dad’s jawbone in the woods, around the same place her mom’s body was found.
? She is determined to find the killer, but the killer is even more determined to stop her.
My Favourite Part:
? I thoroughly enjoyed all parts of the book, but out of all I enjoyed the scene where the Olivia discovers who the actual killer is.
? The author makes you stick around till the end to reveal the killer, but what is interesting is that the author gives a bunch of clues as the story progresses, and finally the killer is a person totally different to what you imagined throughout the book.
What I Learnt:
? Something interesting that I learnt is that you should always value things as you never know when you loved ones, or anyone in general is going to leave you.
? Don’t take people for granted. Spend time with them so that you can look back at treasured memories instead of regretting something you did.
Why do you recommend this book?
? I highly recommend this book because the author uses emotive language to get across the character’s feelings’ (this makes this book really touching).
? It also gives you a chance to view the world and the people around you with a different set of lens.
